Today I want to tell you something about two persons from who I`ve been a fan for over 12 years: Mary-Kate and Ashly Olsen à neues Bild
Mary-Kate and Ashley, also famously known as the Olsen Twins, were born on June 13, 1986 in Sherman Oaks, part of San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, California. Their parents are Jarnette, -> bild who was a dancer at the Los Angeles Ballet and David,->bild who is a banker. They have lived in Sherman Oaks a large part of their lives. They moved to a new home in the south of San Fernando Valley around the end of 1998. Most people think Mary-Kate and Ashley are identical twins because they look very similar to each other, but in fact they are fraternal twins. Ashley, a right-hander, is the older one by two minutes to the left handed Mary-Kate.
Siblings in the Olsen household include brother Trent ->bild, who is two years older and sister Lizzie->bild , who is three years younger. Both guest-starred in several of the twins\' videos. Their parents divorced in March of 1996 and their father married a new woman MacKenzie Taylor->bild. So the Olsen twins earned a stepmom and two younger stepbrother and sister. The 7 years old Taylor and the 6 years old Jake.
Mary-Kate and Ashley`s life changed when the girls were just nine months old. Their mom took them to a modelling agency, because the twins were very cute and beautiful babies-à Babybild
Then Jarnette took the girls to a TV audition. The executive producer was looking for young twins to play "Baby Michelle" on a new ABC comedy. The show was called "Full House".
Mary-Kate and Ashley got the role, because they had those big blue eyes and they were the only twins who didn`t cry at the casting! Both shared the role of Michelle, because the California law limits the amount of time a child or baby can spend in front of the camera and the filming process takes more time than the law permits.
So Mary-Kate and Ashley were perfect for the new comedy show "Full House"

They have really grown up in front of the public\'s eye. On their very first audition, they landed the starring role. At this moment, their careers began.
Over the seasons Full House was on air, Michelle had been growing up on the show,just as the girls had been growing up off-screen. On TV ratings which rank all the actors from best-liked to least-liked, Mary-Kate and Ashley are often rated number one in the girls popularity. In fact, they had become so popular that a talking Michelle Doll was modeled after them in 1991.
When \"Full House\" aired its final episode and said goodbye to the audiences in 1994, many people thought their careers had ended. Instead it began even more. After \"Full House\" ended, it gave the girls more time and opportunity to work on bigger projects such as movies, music albums, and two hot-selling home video series,\"The Adventures of Mary-Kate & Ashley\" and \"You\'re invited to Mary-Kate & Ashley\'s\" ->video durchgeben. Aside from these, they also have several book series which releases a new book every month. For example there are the "sweet 16" books, the "Mary-Kate and Ashley diary books", the "so little time books" and many more. They have formed their own production company named "Dualstar", making them the youngest producers in Hollywood. They even have their own Barbie figure dolls shaped after them.
They starred in their own TV series \"Two of a Kind\" during the 1998-1999 season à bild Although it ran for only one season on ABC the show also had a very big success.
Their third TV show \"So Little Time\" started in June 2001 and currently still airs on American TV every week à bild . it`s a very cool and funny show. here is a short clip from one "so little time"episode->film
*** For her role in this show Mary-Kate was even nominated for the Emmy Award in the category "Best outstanding performer".
During they made all those 3 tv shows they also brought out 3 theatre movies, more than 40 Videos, 13 cds and more than 50 books. In 1999 they also made up their own brand which includes clothes, accessories, cosmetics, dolls and games . They also produced their own trick show, which is named "Mary-Kate and Ashley in action"
Even with their busy schedule, they still must attend school. On days they were working, there was a tutor to help them with school work at least three hours a day. When they were not working, they attended a private school. They graduated private school last fall.
The girls, now 18, have many more projects ahead of them. Just recently, they bought a big apartment in new york city and attend New York University.
With more than one billion $ the Olsen Twins became the richest twins in the world!
