June 19th 1059
I heard the good news. Macbeth was again successful and is now moving towards the castle of Macdonwald. That will be a hard battle but I hope Macbeth can defeat him.
June 28th
Mcdonwald is dead. Another victory for us. I'm proud of Macbeth and glad that nothing happened to him.
July 5th
I received a letter from Macbeth today. He will move on to the armies of the king of Norway and Scottish traitor. I hope that he will succeed again.
July 18th
I received another letter of Macbeth. He told me he defeated the armies without any major casualties for our army. He said he would come home soon. I'm looking forward for that.
July 27th
Earlier today I received the strangest letter from Macbeth I ever got. He told me that on his way home he met three witches. They told him that he will became thane of Cawdor and King.
I don't believe that and I think he doesn't either. How should he become King? But it is an interesting thought. What if he really becomes king? He is the kings cousin, so if something happens to the king and his sons he will become king.
July 29th
I heard Macbeth received a message from the King saying that he will become the Thane of Cawdor.
Now I really things those witches have magical power and can see the future. Now I'm really thinking Macbeth can be king and I can become Queen. What a wonderful thought!
July 30th
I have made the decision that Macbeth will be King, the only problem is that we have to get rid off Duncan. I have to convince Macbeth of that.
July 31st
Duncan announced that he would come and visit us to honor and congratulate Macbeth.
August 2nd
Macbeth has to kill Duncan. That is the only way to get rid of him that Duncan can become king. The day Duncan comes to visit us would be the perfect day to murder him.
August 3rd
Macbeth finally got home. He seems to be pretty tired after the battles. But for taking a break is no time. Duncan will come in two days to visit us. I have to make a plan how to kill him.
August 4th
I have a plan: We will get Duncan\'s guards drunk to the point of almost being unconscious. When they are asleep Macbeth will take their two daggers to kill Duncan, then replace them in the hands of the two chamberlains smeared with blood. In the morning everyone would think that they have killed the King. That plan will work. When I told that plan to Macbeth he didn't seem to be really happy about killing his cousin, but I could convince him. Tomorrow we will kill the king and I will be the Queen soon.
August 5th
It was the worst night of my life. I thought that after the murderer was done everything would be well. I thought everything would run smoothly. It didn\'t.
Before the banquet was finished, while everyone was sitting down for the meal, Macbeth left and went to the courtyard. I went to see him and he said, \"We will proceed no further in this business\". It was a disaster and I was shocked. I had to try my hardest to get him to change his mind. I even suggested that Macbeth is a general, he kills people every day and now he thought he cannot kill one more guy. I told him he was like the cat that doesn't want to get his paws wet in order to catch the fish.
I used the worst possible example that I could think of to shock him. I told him that rather than change my mind, I would \"snatch my nipple\" from the \"boneless gums\" of a baby while I was feeding it and bash out its brains. That finally helped and he followed my plan.
Later that night, when everyone was sleeping I had to make the guards drunk. My nerves were
on edge, I hoped everything would go as I planed.
When I was in Duncan\'s bedroom to place the daggers so that Macbeth could commit the
murder, I saw Duncan lying in his bed. I was about to kill him myself but then I thought Macbeth would be better killing the King.
I rang the bell and Macbeth went into the chamber. I was jumping at every sound, my blood ran cold.
When Macbeth came down the steps out of the bedroom he was as anxious as I was. His hands were covered in blood and he didn't seemed to be happy about what he did. But I was glad that at least the murderer went good.
August 6th
Macduff found the murder this morning. Macbeth killed the two servants. Malcolm and Donalbain fled. So all in all the murder was a success. Macbeth will become king and I will be Queen.
August 17th
I'm Queen. Macbeth was named king earlier today. The witches were right about their prophecies.
What will happen to the prophecy about Banquos sons? We have to kill him. Macbeth already sent out murderer for him.
August 18th
I had a horrible dream tonight. Duncan is following me in my dreams and gives me nightmares. That makes me crazy.
August 19th
I had another nightmare and I talked with Macbeth about it. He says he has the same horrible dreams. Those dreams drive me insane. If they don't stop I'll. they have to stop!
August 20th
It was a horrible day again. My life goes totally wrong. At the banquet we had today Macbeth lost his mind. He was seeing Banquos ghost. Probably because he was killed earlier today. He was talking to the ghost and everybody thinks he is crazy. I tried to calm everybody down by saying he has some mental problems and does that all the time. Nobody should pay attention to him, but everybody watched him.
Macbeth goes crazy and I cannot stand all that any longer either.
August 21st
Macbeth went to the witches again. They told him he should be aware of Macduff, he will never be killed by someone born of a woman and that he will be undefeated till the Birnam Woods are moving to his castle. At least some good news but the nightmares still don't stop!
August 28th
Macbeth killed the whole Macduff family but Macduff himself.
August 30th
The whole kingdom turns against us. Nobody likes what Macbeth is doing. Revolts already begun. An army wants to come and stop us.
We killed almost everybody in order to become King and Queen. We just wanted to rule that country, but since we started that whole murderers things get worse and worse. I don't see any future. Where will all that end.
September 1st
I can't stand all that anymore. I don't want to live any longer. Everything I do doesn't make any sense and turns against me. Now I have blood all over my hands. I don't know were it comes from, but it doesn't want to leave me. I don't know what to do anymore. I don't see another way out of here.
