Bill Gates Biography

Weiss nicht ob es etwas durcheinander geht , vieleicht amer. Today zum scghluss vor future perspective

Bill Gates\' Philosophy
Gates not really know how run enterprise, only knew exactly how not to.
-his experience in that included examples beginning from C-Cubed up to Traf-o-Data.
- \"So Gates hired his own image: young smart, energetic and outspoken - usually white and male.\"
- above all was his foresight and ability to see future developments
- linked with good willingness to take a risk, led Microsoft unique in history
- Gates put it like this: \"Microsoft was founded, based on my vision of a personal computer on every desk in every home.\"
- whatever one thinks of statement, is truth in it: the chances to realize that goal are better than ever.
- Today more people than ever before have their own PC,
- G. does everything that Microsoft never loses that position anyway.
- Out of this attitude had never been soft to competitors
- example for this: -is Microsoft\'s strategy on Internet
o And Gates realized its importance very early: \"Microsoft is betting,\" as he said, \"that the Internet will continue to grow in popularity until it is as mainstream as the telephone today"
- another company, Netscape ( Silicon Valley) has managed to seize the market
- To change that Gates incited campaign that would be hard to find its equal:
- supplies improved version of Netscape\'s product and offers that one for free
- it seems obvious, he wants to destroy his competitor completely
- Maybe reason for this is part of his philosophy; take everything or receive nothing

- something unique Microsoft: was driven forth by a young, optimistic, idealistic, perhaps even in some aspects fanatic personality
- Gates put it like this, \"I\'m someone who believes that progress will come no matter what, we need to make the best of it.\"
